Staying
Check in & Check out?
- Check-in
- Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
For guests who wish to check in after 11:00 PM: there is no extra charge, but please let us know your estimated arrival time in advance.
Early Check-in
10:00 AM–12:00 PM: +TWD 200
12:00 PM–2:00 PM: +TWD 100 - Check-out
- Check-out is until 11:00 AM.
If you would like a late check-out, an additional fee of TWD 100 per hour for dormitory rooms and TWD 200 per hour for private rooms applies. Late check-out is available until 2:00 PM.
May I leave my luggage?
(10AM-11PM)You can leave your luggage before check-in or after check-out .
Do you lock up for the night?
The entrance door will be locked from 12AM to 8AM. Please use the card key you get to open the entrance door from 12AM to 7AM.
And the lights in the dorm room will be turned off at 23PM.
Do you provide breakfast?
We don't provide breakfast, but we can tell you some place for breakfast.
May I send my luggage to 4 Plus before my arrive date?
We'll depend on the content of the luggage. Please contact us.
I'm under 18, may I make a reservation?
We need a parents' agreement if you're under 18.
Should we pay for the child?
We'll charge the full amount over age 7.

Are the shower rooms for female only / male only?
Shower rooms for female are at 2nd floor, and the shower rooms for male are at 3rd floor.
Do you have coin laundry?
The coin laundry for wash machine and dryer is NTD40 once time.
Where should I place my big luggage?
Here is an elevator, and also a big locker in the dorm rooms.

Will you charge for cancellation?
The cancellation policy is as follows:
- 14 days before arrival to the day of arrival
- 100%
- Up to 15 days before arrival
- Free of charge
Can I smoke in the hostel?
Smoking is not permitted indoors. However, designated smoking areas are available on 5th floor.
Can I stay with my pet?
Pets are allowed only in rooms with a private bathroom. The pet fee is TWD 600.
A deposit of TWD 1,000 is also required. After check-out, our staff will inspect the room, and the deposit will be refunded the same day if no damage or excessive dirt is found.
What's the nearest station?
From Zhongshan Station by walk is 10-15minutes.
From Shandao temple Station by walk is 8-10minutes.
May I have a nice trip if I go alone?
Just come here and meet some new friends, then have a trip with them.
